This campaign is an opportunity for you to reflect on your journey as a developer and share your experiences from the past year.

As we look back at the challenges and accomplishments of 2022, we invite you to share your insights and lessons learned. Let's come together to celebrate our successes and identify areas for growth as we continue on our path as developers. Join the conversation and let's learn from each other as we look towards the future of tech.

🚀 To participate in this campaign, simply follow these steps:

1. Reflect on your journey as a developer and your experiences from 2022. Consider the challenges you faced, the lessons you learned, and the accomplishments you achieved.

2. Write a blog post about your reflections and experiences. Make sure to include the campaign title, "Dev Retro 2022," in your post.

3. Publish your blog post on Hashnode between Dec 7th 2022 and Jan 7th 2023.

4. Share your post on social media using the hashtag #DevRetro2022 to join the conversation and connect with other participating developers.

🤑 Prizes for this campaign:

• 💸 500 dollars and a Hashnode coffee mug for the top 10 participants

• ☕️ A free Hashnode mug for the next 10 submissions

• 👕 Free Hashnode T-shirts for the 20 2nd runners up

In addition to these prizes, all participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with the broader developer community, as well as engage with other participants and learn from each other. We encourage you to join the conversation and take part in this exciting campaign!

📝 Rules for the campaign:

1. Your submission must be in the form of a blog post, published on Hashnode. Sign up for a Hashnode account and create a blog instantly.

2. Your blog post must include the campaign title, "Dev Retro 2022," and be related to the theme of reflecting on your journey as a developer.

3. Tag your article with the tag #DevRetro2022 before publishing.

4. You must share your blog post on social media using the hashtag #DevRetro2022 to be eligible for prizes.

5. Multiple submissions are allowed.

6. Prizes will be awarded to the top participants, as determined by the popularity of their blog posts. Popularity will be determined based on the total views, likes, and conversations on a post.

7. Winners will be announced on Jan 20th, 2023.
