Valuable knowledge. Appreciate your sharing.
Hi! I have been working on a project with a couple of my friends. Can I write a blog on my team project? Are they eligible for prizes?
Only one person per project, you can work with a team but the winner will be a single person. You then can share the prize with them if you want to π
Awesome news. Last month hackathon experience was great. Will surely build another project for this hackathon as well. I have struggled with user authentication with social auths in the past, Clerk seems to be a good product to manage this problem. Will surely try this one out.
It looks like we're gonna be perfect for you!
Wow, so fast another hackathon, well this my chance to participate. Thanks Hashnode for the opportunity π€©.
Thanks for another amazing hackathon hashnode. Already started brainstorming for the new great idea. Thanks for coming up with another memorable hackathon, hope I can code something good. Can't wait to see other amazing projects.

I agree with this statement, you can't miss this π

Can i work on an application that i have been working on and add this auth because i was really looking into adding auth as it gets tricky. All the time.
Is it possible or do i have to create a new application !
Yes! That it's fine, you need to complete all the requirements (being open-source, creating the article with the hashtags, sharing it, etc).
Looking forward to see what it is!
Can Clerk be used with other frameworks such as Angular or Svelte on Frontend?
Copying what my CEO said on our Discord:
"Our React library uses vanilla JS under the hood. For example, you can go to https://accounts.clerk.dev , open console, and type window.Clerk.openSignUp() and a Sign Up modal will open.
We haven't built helper libraries for Angular/Svelte/Vue yet, but our Vanilla JS functions should enable Clerk to work with any framework.
The full set of JS functions on window.Clerk are documented here: https://docs.clerk.dev/frontend/object-reference/clerk"

Who is excited about another Hackathon? We certainly are! π₯³
We are super excited to announce a new hackathon on Hashnode in partnership with Clerk. π
From July 2nd to July 30th (4 weeks), you are welcome to be a part of a celebration of building and documenting. This is the right time to build the projects that excite you and win amazing prizes while showcasing your potential.

With Clerk, you can add beautiful, high-conversion Sign Up and Sign In forms to your React application in minutes. After signing in, Clerk empowers your users to take control of their account security with multi-factor authentication and device management. If you've ever found yourself thinking, "there's got to be a better way to build auth" - Clerk was built with you in mind.
It truly only takes minutes to add best-in-class authentication experiences to your application - and Clerk's team is constantly working behind-the-scenes to make them even better.

There are 5 grand prizes and 10 runners up prizes.
